Feeling Seen starts here
I’m here to support you with care that meets you where you are
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive, collaborative space to explore life’s challenges, patterns, and transitions at your own pace. Sessions are guided by your goals and lived experience, with care centered on understanding what feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck—and identifying meaningful ways to move forward.
This work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping strategies, and supporting sustainable change in a way that feels aligned with who you are and where you want to be.
Focused Support Sessions
These sessions are structured, goal-oriented appointments for adults seeking focused support around a specific issue or area of growth. In our time together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way, develop practical strategies, build structure, and deepen insight through psychoeducation and collaborative problem-solving.
You can choose 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions, and they can be booked as a one-time appointment or as part of a multi-session package for continued support.
These sessions are ideal if you’re looking for a more active, skills-based approach that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Clinical supervision
We offer individual and group supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians who are building their skills, strengthening their clinical insight, and developing their professional identity.
Supervision with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in a relational approach. Together, we explore clinical decision-making, case conceptualization, ethical practice, boundaries, self-awareness, and the challenges that naturally arise when supporting clients.
My goal is to create a steady, encouraging environment where you can grow with confidence and clarity while developing a sustainable professional practice.
Supervision is available for adults-focused clinicians working with trauma, anxiety, depression, transitions, relational patterns, and generalist caseloads.
We grow when we meet ourselves honestly. Acceptance opens the path, and change carries us forward.
Let us help you get where you’re going.
